About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Representative to join our Auto Glass Division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about the automotive industry, and being part of a fast-paced team.
No previous auto glass experience is required. We will provide training to help you learn our products, services, systems, and sales process.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on site with their auto glass needs and questions
- Schedule and coordinate auto glass appointments for technicians
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
- Communicate with technicians, insurance companies, and customers
- Maintain accurate customer and job information
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales, customer service, automotive, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
